Shorter workout, higher weight loss?
Many fitness experts say that you can get a great workout in a short amount of time if you boost your calorie burning -- long after the workout is over. To do that, you need to work out intensely with little or no rest in between exercises. You go from exercise to exercise to exercise without rest. That prompts your body to start burning calories and keep burning them for as many as 38 hours after the exercise session is over.
