Why it matters for kids to be active when they're little

Start young and make it fun. That's the best way to help your kids stay fit for life, experts says.

They'll see it as fun, not exercise, and perhaps stick with it. The idea is to boost kids' motor skills while they do the sports.This is when they're formulating habits. This is when they are establishing habits of the mind. To have it ingrained when kids are preschoolers is just critical.
