Mental Workout, a company specializing in scientifically based guided meditations and therapeutic programs, today announced the release of its first iPhone application, offering a mindfulness-based stress reduction package that features four different mindfulness meditations and one relaxation exercise, all authored and spoken by Stephan Bodian.
