Tips to make every day a good day

This is a good time of year to run an 'attitude check'. The good news is that you can choose to have a good attitude in spite of unpleasant or unexpected things. This process begins with a decision to control your thoughts.

What we think determines what we do. What we do determines what we have. The bottom line is that choosing to have a great attitude is the key to having a happier, healthier, higher quality of life.

Unfortunately, they do. Fortunately, we all have the choice of how we view and deal with the negatives.

A positive attitude WILL bring you positive results - with practice! To improve your thinking every day, make a conscious effort to seek out and make note of good things, nice people and pleasant events in your life.

What are you Grateful for today?
Gratitude is a gift that you can give yourself. Acknowledging and giving gratitude is accompanied by biochemical changes in our bodies and immune and cardiovascular systems that are consistent with health and well-being.

What did you do well today?
Your belief system is your reality. When you take time to think about what you did well and praise yourself for it, you strengthen your belief system, you build confidence, and you create a strong foundation for success. Take time to praise yourself and make time to praise others each day.
